Q. Will we be able to ask questions during the course?
Of course! Business can be a lonely journey, and when you’re working from home, sometimes the only other voices you hear in a day are from a 5 year old (believe me, I’ve been there). That’s why I created this course with a community aspect so you guys never have to feel alone. There’s always going to be someone to ask questions to, get some motivation, share tips with, and complain to when it’s been one of those days. I’ll also be on hand as your to answer any questions and to walk you through every step of the way. I’m not kidding when I say nothing makes me more excited than watching you guys follow your dreams. It’s an honor for me to be a part of that process, so I like to stay up to date with how you’re all getting on.
Q. I’m not based in the US, will the course still be relevant to me?
This course is open to everyone, wherever you’re based. A fun fact about me is that I was actually living in Belarus when I first started Heart Printed. The amazing thing about this business model is: everyone loves having their memories printed. It’s one of the few things that no matter where we’re from, we can all agree on. Whilst you’ll find most things are standard across the world, I know certain things might pop up which are more specific to your country. As our amazing community grows you’ll be able to chat with others living in the same place as you and brainstorm solutions together.
Q. Is the course live or pre-recorded?
All the lessons are pre-recorded so you can fit them around your busy schedule. I know all too well the challenges of balancing a business around a family, hobbies, house work, and taking care of yourself, so this was really important to me. This means you can also watch the videos back any time, as I find it helps to go over certain lessons when you reach a new stage of your journey.
Q. Why are you teaching internet strangers your craft? Aren’t you worried about competition?
There’s over 8 billion people on this planet, I think there’s plenty of space for us all to make money from our magnet businesses without worrying about competition. The great thing about this business is that we’re all different and just for that reason alone we’ll attract different customers. There’s a module in the program about choosing your niche and finding your customer and that’s going to be a personal choice for each person. I’ll guide you on the latest trends and how to make sure it’ll be profitable, but I can’t wait to see the unique spin each of you puts on this and the customers that are drawn to you as a result. Q. If the class is based on recorded videos, how do I ask questions during the course?
The class has been built on all the questions I've recieved, plus I put as much information as possible. There will be a community available for questions (I'll be there as well), AND if there are any answered unanswered questions, I'll make a follow up video that will be available to whoever purchased the course. I'll make sure you have no questions left!
Q. Is software included in the course?
I cover multiple software options to accept online orders, for order editing and walk through the custom software that I use. My custom software will be offered for a license fee but you don't have to use it. The cost of my software is not included in the course.
